On The Go

Apple’s P2 portable computer concept (1989) was an unreleased experiment inspired by Alan Kay’s 1970s vision of personal computing for children, the Dynabook. Designed at the height of Apple’s Snow White aesthetic, the P2 imagined a touch-based interface decades before the iPad. Computing on-the-go was still almost utopian, and Apple was dreaming in pure concept. First brought to our attention by @microcosmos.
