**The Unlearning**

The most valuable education I've received wasn't learning new strategies.

It was unlearning beliefs that kept me from trusting my own direction:

Unlearning that success requires following proven formulas.

Unlearning that resistance always indicates fear to overcome.

Unlearning that energy management is about scheduling rather than alignment.

Unlearning that experts know my path better than my own knowing.

Sometimes the most important growth isn't about acquiring more. It's about releasing what no longer serves to make space for what's already there.
