## *Dharana Concentration Technique:*

-   One-Pointed Attention: Individuals with focused attention, concentration, and unwavering focus on their goals are less likely to deviate. Those lacking resolve often face distractions and struggle to reach their goals.
-   Clarity of Goals: Conscious choice of goals with absolute clarity is essential.
-   Concentration Meditation: Practice focusing on one thing for extended periods, progressively improving over time.
-   Dhyana: An unbroken flow of knowledge directed towards a specific object. Dharana involves holding the mind onto a particular object.  
      
    
    ## *SPPS Formula:*
    
    -Sankalpa: Consciously choose goals and gain clarity through deep contemplation.  
      - Prapanna: Surrender completely to Absolute Reality (Brahman or God).  
      - Prayatna: Take action, make efforts, continuously improve, and learn to achieve goals.  
      - Siddhi: Attainment of goals, which occurs naturally if the first three steps are followed properly. Trust in higher intelligence to manifest the best outcome.

Samadhi: Ultimate Attainment

\- Becoming One with the Object: Through dharana and dhyana, focusing on the object of attainment for a prolonged period results in becoming one with it.  
    
\- Attainment: Whatever one desires to achieve in this world, by making it the object of focus and concentration, it eventually becomes attainable through samadhi, where the individual merges with the object of attainment.  
  
  

*When One Has Succeeded in Making this Samyama, all Power comes Under his Control. This is a Great Instrument of the Yogi. The Object of Knowledge is Infinite and they are divided into the Gross, Grosser, Grossest, and the fine, Finer, Finest, and so on. This Samyama Should First Applied to Gross Things.
