This is the lifetime you have been waiting for. The one your ancestors dreamed of. It is safe now. Safe to be seen. Safe to rise. Safe to remember who you are.

The Witch Wound is an ancient trauma imprinted in our collective consciousness, affecting women, healers, mystics, and anyone connected to their intuition. It shows up as fear, shame, or the suppression of one’s spiritual gifts, personal power, voice, and body. It stems from historical persecution during witch trials, patriarchal oppression, and ancestral trauma.

Her beauty isn’t frozen in time, it’s deepened by it. You can see the years of laughter and curiosity in her face, the places she’s been in the way she carries herself. She hasn’t tried to erase the years or chase the face she once had. She lets herself age, but that doesn’t mean she’s stopped caring. She still gets the facial, takes her skincare seriously, and knows exactly how to do her makeup to enhance what time has given her. She still enjoys the ritual of getting ready, not to look younger, but to feel most herself.

Letting all of me exist without shame has been the greatest gift of my life. I would rather be fucking feral, misunderstood, and intense than spend another lifetime hiding my gifts, my magic, and my power.

Signs of the Witch Wound include fear of being seen or expressing your truth, feeling unsafe in your power or intuitive abilities, self-doubt around mystical or healing gifts, people-pleasing, staying small to avoid judgment, guilt or shame around spiritual practices, and fear of being labeled too much, crazy, or weird.
