My Little Girl Under The Stairs,

Surrounded By Water Cans Matching Her Tears,

A Bit Scared Of The Rats That Are Lingering Around,

But The Fear Of Getting Caught Would Make Her Head Roll On The Ground,

Oh Little Munchkin, There Is No Such Thing As Shame In A Child Crying About Because She Is Scared,

She Knows That Too But Something Unfamiliar Tugs At Her Heart Making Her Unable To Move,

‘I Want To Be Found!’ She Screams In Her Head,

Waiting For Her Mother As She Continues To Beg,

But No One Appears To Her Expected Suprise,

One Of Her Last Rays Of Hope Dies Before The Age Of Ten Hits Her Eyes,

She Asks Her Lord If This Will Happen Again,

She Knows He Is Watching And Her Prayers Continue,

Solace Is Found In Her Little Dreams,

Which Appear To Be Nothing But Warm Empty Darkness,

God Smiles Upon Her, Cheering Her On,

As He Knows In The Future What Is Found,

A Little Smile Of Tolerance,

A Few Wipes On Her Cheek,

This Is Her Preperation To Appear Unfazed And Angry,

She Needs To Stay Strong Even Though Her Mother’s Arms Are Near,

Why Must She Do So, Her Question Repeats,

Is It Not Enough To Do Everything,

She Wants To Tell Someone What Is Her Deal,

But What She Expects Is A Furrow Of Brows And A Question In Answer,

A Question Thats Make Her Ears Bleed, And Throat Vomit,

‘What Have You Ever Done Explain To Me’,

Her Face Opens, Her Mind Flexes,

‘I Thought You Knew’, The Words Remain Inside,

She Did This All For Appreciation In Return For Hardwork,

But When Her Efforts Ignored, Her Words Betray Just Like Her Mother,

Unable To Defend And Explain Anything,

Realization Hits Like A New Burden,

My Little Sweetheart Ignores Herself Just Like Everyone,

To The Point That She Does Not Recognize Her Name,

My Heart Wrenches For My Little Baby,

Stomach Turns Into A Pit Head Swirling In A Fit,

I Can See Her In Despair, The Despair That We Share, The Pain Swallows Us Whole,

Until We Reach Our Place Of Solace But Now The Warmth Is Gone ,

The Darkness Of Dreams Turns To A Drag Of Impending Death And Regrets,

To Us Both Who Are Children Of A Name They Do Not Know Anything About,

Acting Strong Is All I Know, Diplaying A Smile Is All I Do,

Her Tears Drop On A Nonexistent Surface, She Steps Forward, Her Hand On My Cheek,

‘It’s Okay To Cry, My Little Child’, Voices In Four Echo Around,

 Laughs Pry Out, We Are Helplessness, The Ability To Change We Waste On Efforts For Another,

Tears Hope For Love, Smiles Hope For Escape, Maybe Despair Seals Our Fate,

The Lonely Embrace Of Two, The Kisses That Trace All Four Of Cheeks, The Ripping Of Hearts,

The Unspoken Words, The Feelings I Have Yet To Explore Surround My Bodies,

My Lord Promises Not Another Tear, My Family Promises Not Another Fear,

Though My Plea Remains, ‘I Want To Be Found!’,

Where Is My Little Girl, My Munchkin, My Sweetheart, My Baby?,

The Poor Child Must Be Scared, Hidden In A Corner,

I Look In The Mirror, My Heart Gone, ‘There She Is!’,
