If thoughts move mountains; feelings must move planets

I’ve always attached a positive connotation to "getting butterflies" as it arose in situations, where on paper, I 'should' feel excitement.. But I'm questioning wether this excitement is actually disguised as anxiety or fear - if the fluttering pit of pain in the stomach actually represents some form of warning signal from my intuition.



How would  you even distinguish the excitement from anxiety and vice versa?

Based on interpretation I guess, but, what if all that I have ever felt has been anxious butterflies? Would I even know what excited butterflies feel like?

you might've convinced yourself it 'feels right', but the moment you need to convince yourself of something, that's when you know, it's not rooted in feeling but in thinking.
It's only when u suddenly regain a sensation, you hadn't felt in a while, that you start seeing that the mind again had created yet another extension of the house — with walls and a roof — for you to wander around, mistaking it for the new normal
