**Your surrounding is programming you.** Know it. Resist it. My whole life I thought I had a sweet tooth. My mom, my grandma, even my friends sometimes were empathising it. I genuinely believed it. Until recently when I decided to cut down on added sugar during my running race preparation. Turns out I don’t want any gummies or cakes. And I don’t like cookies. The only thing I miss is ice cream, probably. This is just my experience. But what if your parents were telling you that you’re lazy? Or antisocial? Or that you have a bad luck as a joke? And this could not only your parents. Your friends, teachers, coaches, coworkers, anybody. Do you believe it? Or are you free from others perceptions?

I always been drawn to excellence. I never understood how you can love something and choose stagnation. Why not to see how far you can get. If training then like an athlete. If building business then like a billionaire. If writing then like an artist. Give it everything you have, and you will get everything back.
