Due to high custom fees we cannot accept a Return for a change of mind, we are happy to offer a store credit. A full refund will only be offered if the product is deemed faulty.

-Please note that as each shade is handmade there may be slight changes in colour and size, and any subtle imperfections only add to the uniqueness and character of the shade.

●▬▬▬►HOW TO INSTALL YOUR SHADE
We have created all our shades with a large 4cm ring at the top of the shade. This allows your shade to be used as a DIY pendant that works for both plug-in or hardwire installations.
The large ring can simply be put over an existing bulb holder or used as a plug-in option, which means there is also no additional cost to have a qualified electrician hard-wire your shades to the ceiling. Making sure everyone can enjoy our shades whether you own or rent your home.  And if you are moving home, you can easily pack down your shade and take with you. 

Please note the Empire, Luna & Louis Shades (only) come with a frame. Insert the frame from the bottom of the shade

●▬▬▬►HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SHADE
Once you have received your shade, gently open and stretch into shape, and get ready to install your shade. Please do allow a bit of time for your linen shade to drop into place. 

Please DO NOT be tempted to spray or lightly spritz your linen shade to remove creases or help the shade fall into place. Our shades DO NOT like water or even a slight mist. This can cause the linen to come away from the rattan frame. (Which cannot be fixed)

We do not accept a return based on shape, size and color discrepancy.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure you have followed these steps:

2. Make your purchase based on the guidance provided by our team.

3. If, upon receiving the product, you believe it significantly differs from what was described to you by our team, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.

4. Provide clear photographs and a description of the issue to assist our team in assessing your request.

Returns of Faulty Items:

We understand that despite our rigorous quality control procedures, there may be rare instances when you receive a faulty item. If you believe you&#39;ve received a faulty product, we are here to assist you. To facilitate the returns process and ensure a smooth resolution, please follow these guidelines:

1. Unused and in Original Packaging: Any faulty item being returned must be unused and in its original packaging. We kindly request that you keep the item in its original condition and packaging until the issue is resolved. Failure to do so may result in your refund being declined.

2. Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return for a faulty item, please follow these steps:

EXCHANGES

1. Exchanges will be calculated based on the cost of the item (minus any taxes) imposed to Lumiere Shades on receiving the returned parcel.

2.  We cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. 
Please make sure that you obtain all tracking information for your return and ensure the goods are packaged appropriately.
