Converting a sine wave into a square wave. *Straightening mother nature’s curves* so computations and manipulations become less expensive and more modular. Providing a framework so we humans can play God for a bit. This is a powerful skill to master. Data loss is accepted by design, with deliberate trade-offs baked into the machine. As components and codes mature, our square waves look more and more like the universe’s sine waves. Our system gets closer and closer to Mother Nature’s *algorithm*. Will we ever be able to write code like her?
