Eat, breathe, drink, sleep, observe, move. You alone are not responsible for building it all. You alone are not responsible for the mechanics of your growth. You alone are not responsible for creating love between two people. These complexities are handled by the system, the collective, by synergy. All you have to concern yourself with are the essentials. Everything else will fall into place.

It's so difficult to describe depression to someone who's never been there, because it's not sadness. I know sadness. Sadness is to cry and to feel. But it's that cold absence of feeling - that really hollowed out feeling.
