Nikola Zovy is Anna’s best friend and roommate. They met in a freshman year music-theory course and started rooming together sophomore year. They sometimes fight about Nikola’s relationship with Brandon Tu, another mutual friend, which Anna thinks has made things awkward between them all.

Navy Pier is one of Anna’s favorite places to go. She likes to watch the Ferris Wheel, and to see plays at the theatre. She especially likes to go at night, when they turn all the lights on.
