If you are not enjoying yourself when you’re engaged in what seems important to you, if you can’t find spontaneous pleasure and joy in it, if your heart doesn’t leap with excitement, then there’s likely something wrong.

Living by live ethic we learn to value loyalty and a commitment to sustained bonds over material advancement. 

Nature transcends our tendencies to label and classify, to reduce and limit.

Do what you can,

with what you have.

Nothing more is needed.

The heart is a muscle. It can be trained to grow and expend. And sometimes, it needs a break to come back stronger than ever.

To the best of my ability, I’ve followed my intuition to make career turns, and been recommended against doing so every time. It helps to realize that it’s better to follow that feeling of yours, than those around you.

When we work with love, we renew the spirit.

To find her way back to love, she had to heal.

To be quite and still, to experience the divine, to be renewed. 

Grief is a burning of the heart, an intense heat that gives us solace and release.
