A delicate rose petal pink with an abundance of fine bubbles. A complex nose dominated by summer fruits alongside honey and toast characters. The Pinots bring an abundance of red berry flavours to the palate with great fullness and length. A Rose made using the saignée method, which acquires the colour from bleeding the initial pressing.
An ideal apéritif, especially on a warm summer’s evening.

Serve with : canapés and bowls of fresh English strawberries.

The brand or producer (who)
The country or region (where)
The grape variety (what)
The vintage (when)
Identifying these on a wine label is a great place to start. Then we can move onto deciphering the more difficult stuff.

New Graphic Identity for Di Beppe by Glasfurd & Walker — BP&O

Fermented in cool stainless steel, it is then partly aged in French and American Oak to add depth and complexity to the flavour, resulting in an intense yet elegant wine. As a food pairing, oysters, pan fried fish and green salad would be superb dishes to go with this excellent example of an English Chardonnay.

A fresh, crisp and fruity English white wine with aromas of guava, peach and melon. A smooth oaky palate is balanced with crisp ripe green fruits along with grapefruit, pineapple and other tropical fruit flavours providing a pure lasting finish. This is an excellent example of the Bacchus grape variety and how well-suited it is in England.
